Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Tillamook, OR. Start date: 08/03/2026 for a 13-week period. Weekly pay ranges from $1,953 to $2,060. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and document responses to treatments and interventions.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, monitor for adverse effects, and escalate concerns per protocol.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health care team; participate in handoffs and discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements
- Current RN license to practice, with eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment (Oregon preferred/required per contract)
- ER nursing experience or demonstrated ability to function effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work Nights and 12-hour shifts; capable of rapid assessment, prioritization, and escalation when needed
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient safety, adherence to standards of care, and documentation requirements
