CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a full-time Sales and Home Building Solutions Advisor in West Sacramento, serving the Greater Sacramento Area. This full-time, year-round role offers uncapped performance pay with an earning potential of $100,000 – $200,000+ annually. This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays as needed. You will present solutions, system upgrades, financing options, and warranty information clearly and confidently, providing accurate estimates and closing sales in a consultative, solution-based manner. You will collaborate with office and install teams to ensure smooth project coordination, maintain accurate records of proposals and follow-ups in the CRM, and stay current on utility rebates, financing programs, and code requirements across all services. Your day will be focused on guiding clients through smart, energy-efficient solutions while working with a steady pipeline of qualified leads.REQUIREMENTS FOR A SALES AND HOME BUILDING SOLUTIONS ADVISOR:2+ years of in-home or B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical strongly preferred)Valid California driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong one-call-close skills with a consultative approachWorking knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)Excellent communication and organizational skillsComfort entering attics, crawlspaces, and handling occasional weekend appointmentsExperience working with multi-unit or light commercial properties is a plus!A BIT ABOUT US:At CABS Heating & Air Conditioning, our goal is to be the most trusted and respected residential HVAC company in the West Sacramento area.
