Woodhouse Spa is a high-end luxury day spa national brand with more than 100 locations across the country — and we’re bringing it to the North Shore for the first time. As one of our founding Spa Attendants, you’ll be the reason the spa feels immaculate the moment a guest walks in. It’s the kind of work guests never notice when it’s done right — and we notice, every single day.

What You’ll Do — Linens and Laundry
•     Collect soiled linens from treatment rooms, changing lounges, and service areas throughout the day
•     Wash, dry, fold, and put away sheets, towels, robes, and slippers to Woodhouse standards
•     Keep linen closets organized, fully stocked, and rotated so no therapist ever goes looking for a clean sheet
•     Operate and care for commercial laundry equipment and supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly
•     Monitor linen inventory levels and flag shortages to management before they become a problem

Keep the Spa Immaculate
•     Clean, tidy, and restock the changing lounges, lockers, and guest areas throughout the day
•     Collect and remove trash across the spa, keeping bins fresh and out of guests’ sight and mind
•     Maintain sanitation standards using approved products and procedures
•     Assist with opening and closing duties

Be Part of the Founding Team
•     Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards
•     Move through guest areas with a calm, quiet presence that protects the spa’s sense of retreat
•     Support therapists and front desk teammates so services stay on time

What We’re Looking For
•     No spa experience required — we will train you
•     Reliability above all: this role only works if the team can count on you to show up and follow through
•     Pride in doing detail work well, and the eye to spot what’s out of place before anyone else does
•     A calm, respectful presence around guests and teammates
•     Housekeeping, hotel, laundry, or hospitality experience is a plus
•     Regular, consistent attendance, and the flexibility to work weekends and Sundays
•     Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements
•     Must be able to be on your feet and moving for most of the shift
•     Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 45 lbs., including full laundry carts and linen bins
•     Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel repeatedly throughout the day
•     Comfortable working around heat, humidity, and commercial laundry equipment
