JobFlip is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Houston area.

This is an in-person field sales role for motivated, outgoing people who want to build real sales experience and earn based on performance.

JobFlip helps homeowners book local home services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, holiday lighting, permanent lighting, and related exterior cleaning services. Sales representatives speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, explain available services, collect customer information, and submit sold jobs through our system.

The service work is completed by approved local contractors, so this role is focused on sales, customer communication, lead generation, and closing jobs — not doing the physical labor.

This is a commission-based role. Compensation is based on completed sales, and earnings depend on individual performance, activity level, closed jobs, service mix, and follow-up. No prior door-to-door experience is required, but applicants should be comfortable talking with people in person, handling rejection, and working independently.

This is a strong fit for someone who is competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and interested in sales, entrepreneurship, home services, or building leadership experience.

Responsibilities:
- Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Generate leads and close service jobs
- Explain service options clearly and professionally
- Recommend one-time services or recurring service plans when appropriate
- Submit customer and job information accurately
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Represent JobFlip professionally
- Communicate with the team regarding job status and customer needs

Qualifications:
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Coachable and willing to learn a sales process
- Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Smartphone required
- Sales, canvassing, customer service, athletics, or home service experience is helpful but not required
