Graphic Designer

Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid, 1 day per week onsite

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Swoon is hiring for our banking client in Chicago, IL. 6-month contract with Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision.

What You’ll Do

• Design and adapt marketing campaign assets, including brochures, posters, advertising, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Translate creative briefs into clear, compelling visual designs for high-net-worth and business audiences.
• Apply established brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, imagery, and layout.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery, including appropriate color formats, bleed, and resolution.
• Incorporate accessibility standards into creative materials.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketing partners to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Organize final creative assets within a digital asset management system.

What You’ll Bring

You bring graphic design experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Your work demonstrates solid design fundamentals, thoughtful visual storytelling, and experience applying brand guidelines across print and digital materials. You’re organized, accountable, and comfortable balancing creative thinking with detailed production work. Strong communication and presentation skills will help you collaborate across the team and explain your design decisions. Adobe After Effects experience is a plus.
