Seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead outbound warehouse operations on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity goals are met, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing leadership to warehouse associates.

3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 06:30am )

• Supervise and support warehouse employees.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate priorities to team members.
• Track attendance, timekeeping, and labor utilization through Kronos.
• Utilize SAP to manage inventory, shipping transactions, and warehouse processes.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and employee concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Assist with performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role required.
• Working knowledge of SAP strongly preferred.
• Experience using Kronos or other timekeeping systems required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
