Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:

• Valid North Carolina RN license with CRNA certification
• 1-2 years of professional CRNA experience (no new graduates)
• Certification in ACLS and PALS
• Ability to float between locations, including Moses Cone and select off-site NORA locations
• Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
• Strong knowledge in vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia (preferred but not mandatory)
• Flexibility to work 5x8-hour daytime shifts (7 AM - 3 PM), with no consecutive days, and occasional rotating schedules

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in general, orthopedic, gynecologic, ENT, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma anesthesia
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems
• Comfort working in high-volume environments with 60+ cases per day

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active North Carolina CRNA license or eligibility to license via compact
• At least 1-2 years of relevant anesthesia practice in hospital settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex anesthesia cases, including vascular and neuro cases

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to organize licensure and credentialing within 60-90 days
• Ability to work full-time, with flexibility in scheduling
• Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements available as applicable
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care
