• Competitive Hourly Pay: $17.50 – $20.00/hr + weekend and overnight shift differentials.

What You’ll Do

• Empower Independence: Support clients with daily living activities (grooming, meal preparation, medication administration support).
• Build Community Connections: Accompany clients on fun outings across Surprise and Peoria (parks, shopping, movies, day activities).
• Provide Compassionate Care: Implement individual support plans and encourage social engagement and skill-building.
• Maintain Quality Records: Complete brief shift notes and documentation accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• Heart & Dedication: A genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for driving roles).
• Clean Driving Record: Valid AZ Driver's License and reliable transportation (for HCBS/transportation roles).
• Background Check: Ability to obtain an AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (we assist with this!) .
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
