In Store Bakery Channel Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results driven In Store Bakery Manager to join our team and help us strengthen relationships and expand our presence in the marketplace. Position Summary Lead and grow Quality Bakery Products’ ISB portfolio includes our lines of fillings, icings, and glazes by building strong relationships with ISB buyers and managers. Drive growth through merchandising, training, and bakery support. Combine strategic sales with technical bakery and ingredient expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute channel strategies for in-store supermarket bakeries. Conduct hands‑on product presentations, demonstrations, and training to showcase QBP’s portfolio. Partner with bakery managers, buyers, brokers, and bakery distributors to promote icings, fillings, glazes, batters, pies, and related bakery solutions. Manage and grow existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. Identify channel growth opportunities and build long‑term customer relationships. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to align product innovation with customer needs. Other duties as needed. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of bakery processes, ingredients, and product applications. Proven sales, business development, or channel management experience in supermarket in-store bakery, and/or club store channels. Established relationships with key decision makers in the supermarket bakery channel preferred. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support national customer relationships, product demonstrations, and field activity. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
