Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into databases and company systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Update existing records and maintain accurate files.
• Scan, organize, and file documents.
• Generate reports and retrieve information as requested.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
