This role involves working closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plansAdminister therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalitiesMonitor patient progress and adjust plans as neededEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury preventionCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standardsEnsure a safe and supportive environment for all patientsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institutionValid Physical Therapy license in CTCPR certification (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings is a plusShift DetailsMorning Shift - Afternoon Shift
