The Alaska Psychiatric Institute (API) is recruiting for a Research Analyst 3 What You Will Be Doing:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare quality, patient care, and operational data to support decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data collection systems, databases, and reporting processes that provide reliable and actionable information for hospital leadership, committees, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research studies, statistical analyses, and benchmarking activities to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Consult with managers, departments, and quality improvement teams to define information needs, interpret findings, and develop data-driven solutions to operational and clinical challenges.
• Prepare and present reports, monitor reporting requirements and vendor compliance, and support regulatory submissions to agencies such as CMS and The Joint Commission. Minimum Qualifications

- May be required to attend meetings, trainings, or conferences within Anchorage.
