Overview LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced‑based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults in outpatient settings, both in person and via telemedicine. We are actively looking to hire talented Child Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care in a predominantly outpatient setting. Collaborate with a clinical team to deliver evidence‑based treatment for child and adolescent populations. Utilize medication management and therapy to support patient outcomes as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Offer flexible scheduling options where available (full‑time or part‑time). Engage with telemedicine and in‑person care depending on clinic needs. Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care with a focus on accessibility and continuity of care. Qualifications Fully licensed in one or more US states. Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC). Unencumbered DEA license. Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy for child and adolescent populations. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $425,000 – $455,000 per year. Telemedicine and in‑person flexibility; 100% outpatient work with no nights, no calls, no weekends (as applicable). Sign‑on bonus and generous above‑market compensation with uncapped earnings.
