Job Summary Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility. Provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Responsibilities Performs and documents comprehensive systematic patient assessments. Identifies deviations from the norm and intervenes accordingly. Exercises scientific‑based clinical judgment and decision‑making skills related to patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Initiates, develops and maintains a written plan of care. Coordinates and supports the plan of care through communication with other members of the health care team. Initiates interventions or actions based on patient condition and plan of care. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications Required: Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required. Licensure and Certifications: A valid Permanent Multi‑State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. If you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you must obtain a Multi‑State RN License within 30 days of starting. American Heart Association BLS required, to be obtained within 7 days of hire. ACLS and NIHSS required within orientation period. Preferred: Experience: RN‑C or CCRN.
