You will be responsible for providing oversight and accountability for technology projects and programs of varying sizes, including transformational initiatives, with a focus on risk identification and remediation. You will influence and lead large-scale change initiatives. You will also be responsible for program financials, resource management and allocation, portfolio health, and executive reporting. Due to your Senior Business Consultant capabilities, you understand client problems stated or implied, identify and recommend solutions to achieve business objectives. You also succinctly present solution proposals to existing and prospective clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Provide leadership to direct reports and oversee the strategy, planning and implementation of technology initiativesPartner closely with technology leaders, business leaders and subject matter experts to develop program execution strategies, plans and timelinesDefine, develop and implement an effective program operating model and governance framework to drive consistency of delivery across all workstreamsBuild relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsProactively monitor and address any risks or issues that could compromise on-time delivery, escalating as needed to minimize impactsFacilitate and lead program meetings to solicit and provide status updates to key stakeholders, technology and business leadershipCreate, execute and monitor program level communication, quality and change management strategiesManage project deadlines, budgets, delivery and acceptance of program deliverables ensuring high qualityAdhere to client project management and technology delivery lifecycle processes, standards and guidelinesDocument client problem statements and impacts to their businessDefine complex business/technology solutions to address client needsCreate client presentations and proposals with clear storylines outlining recommendations and resolutionsRequired Skills:Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesProven track record of excellent project delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environmentPartnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomesDesire and ability to develop project and program deliverables with the ability to coach and develop high-performing project teamsExecutive level verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate technical jargon into simplified and concise communicationsExecutive presence with exceptional articulationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience in technology delivery experience 5+ years of technology or business consulting 10+ years of Project Management experience in a technology environment5+ years of Program Management experience in a technology environmentInitial ability to travel to client locations at least 50% of the time for project delivery workPreferred Qualifications:Experience delivering project and programs in the Banking and Financial Services IndustryDemonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, and needsExperience implementing large and complex initiatives within a multi-vendor, matrixed organizationStrong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)Strong grasp of project management and technology development lifecycle #LI-NorthAmericaAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100. The starting pay range for this remote role is $169,088-$313,125. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the United States. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
