Senior Accountant

This role reports directly to the CFO and plays a key part in cash management, reconciliations, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Complete and reconcile bank accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies Manage cash projections and forecast plant cash flow Execute weekly payment processes Perform month-end reconciliations and cash journal entries Calculate broker commissions and complete reconciliations Execute quarterly royalty payments Maintain and update intercompany sales tracking Participate in year-end inventory processes Create, modify, and troubleshoot Excel worksheets and pivot tables to analyze and report findings Collaborate cross-functionally to identify efficiencies and implement improvements Support audit requests as needed Ensure compliance with US GAAP Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. 3+ years of directly related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
