Job Summary Infinite Medical Group is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on‑site care to residents in long‑term care settings. This is a full‑time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
