We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and restoration services Our Outside Sales Representative role is designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales and home remodeling. This position includes lead generation, in-home consultations, roof inspections, and ongoing coaching within a performance-driven environment. What\'s In It For You Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential $500 guaranteed weekly pay to help support you as your commissions grow On-target earnings of $80,000+ for first-year sales reps Top performers can earn $120,000 to $150,000+ by year two Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Gym membership and Costco membership reimbursement Monthly vehicle allowance 401(k) with aggressive company match All-inclusive yearly trips and performance incentives for top producers Paid training, ride-alongs, and ongoing development support Company-provided branded gear and uniforms What You\'ll Be Doing Generate leads and schedule inspections by speaking directly with homeowners Run in-home appointments and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration services Perform roof inspections and assess exterior property conditions Work both retail remodeling opportunities and insurance restoration projects Build relationships with homeowners and deliver a strong customer experience throughout the sales process Attend networking events, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions Track leads, appointments, and customer interactions using company software systems What You\'ll Need Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Confident speaking with homeowners and building rapport Self-motivated with a competitive and disciplined mindset Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment Naturally outgoing and energized by face-to-face interaction Coachable attitude with the ability to follow systems and training #J-18808-Ljbffr ScaleHouse Talent
