SKOL Brewing Company is a high-energy brewpub located inside Southern Exchange in downtown Atlanta. We combine craft beer, bold food, and large-scale events to create a unique and fast-paced hospitality experience. From daily dining service to major conventions and citywide activations, no two shifts are the same.

Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and motivated Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional guest service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, beer selections, and specials
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams during service
• Uphold all alcohol service and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
