Operating Room (OR) Nurse or Circulator in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This role involves providing perioperative patient care in a busy surgical environment, supporting neuro, urology, gynecology, and general surgery procedures. The position requires flexibility, team collaboration, and experience with surgical robotics and specialized equipment.

Job Details

• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour shifts per week with a maximum of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule.
• Schedule: 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association), 1 or more years of relevant operating room experience, with specific experience in neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, general surgery, and familiarity with DaVinci Xi robotic systems, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical scopes and arthroplasty procedures, adaptability to diverse case types, and strong teamwork skills.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing perioperative patient care, acting as a patient advocate, and supporting complex surgical procedures. The facility uses EPIC electronic medical records, and the environment includes advanced surgical equipment such as robotic systems and specialized tables.
