At Hoss's Steak & Sea House, our mission is simple: Excellence. Whether you have prior dishwashing experience or are interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.
Position duties:
- Complies with Hoss's safety and sanitation standards
- Scraping, racking, washing, and unloading dishware
- Ensures all areas of the restaurant are stocked with clean dishware
- Maintains upkeep of bus stations
- Clears and maintains work stations and equipment
- Empties garbage
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
