Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate with 3-5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in securities offerings.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
• Advise on securities and capital markets matters
• Support public company ’34 Act work, a plus

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent
• 3-5 years of capital markets experience
• Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
• Active bar membership in the state where the candidate sits

Compensation & Benefits

• $235,000 - $365,000
