This is a role for a clinician who takes ownership, leads with empathy, and holds themselves to a high standard. Clinical Responsibilities Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence‑based strategies including BST. Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming accordingly, and support clients during crisis situations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines. What Sets You Apart Active BCBA certification, Master’s Degree in ABA or related field, current 8‑hour supervision certificate, and state licensure where applicable. Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence‑based strategies. Experience conducting assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across varying ages and support levels. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; reliable transportation; authorized to work in the United States. Nice to Have Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation. Experience in clinic‑based, hybrid, in‑home, or community‑based ABA settings. A collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing strong RBT teams. Passion for parent training and family‑centered care.
