Product Owner

Job Title

Ideal candidate is flexible and highly organized. You will be part of Client's Information Technology team in Enterprise Data and Analytics team. We are going through transformation project of enterprise-wide migration reports and dashboards from Tableau to Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for driving the project with your strong analytical skillsets and help drive the project the complex data driven project to success. This is a cross functional role requiring working closely with other business partners and stakeholders and functional product owners to gather requirements and tracking deliverables

Responsibilities:

Provide product leaders and stakeholders with guidance on how to use data for critical needs and goals
Have strong written and verbal communication skills both technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional problem-solving, program management, and process improvement methodologies is preferred
Ability to drive projects independently and communicate with senior level management and stakeholders
Develop best practices for reports and analytics
Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and report building
Experience in delivering large and complex business and technology initiatives
Work closely with peers, Product owners, Operations managers, developers and Program management to track and execute Enterprise Project progress and help understand requirements, help guide prioritization and resolve any impediments
Create artifacts, Knowledge articles, documentations on migration and project requirements

Requirements:

Must have experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI
Must have 5+ years of technical Product Owner Experience
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Effective storytelling with data, to educate and install confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve complex problems
Strong Attention to detail
Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI
Drive continuous process improvements and streamline our overall decision making and improve execution
Should possess a proven track record of delivering data driven solutions
