A robotics technology company in Santa Clara is looking for a Technical Support and Training Specialist. You will be responsible for training agents, providing technical support, and maintaining customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, at least one year of experience in after-sales management, and be bilingual in English and Chinese.
