Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting across a diverse patient population
• Expected caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and adhere to approved scheduling and overtime protocols
• May be required to float to additional clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Comfort managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Flexibility and willingness to float to additional clinic locations as needed
