Job Description We are looking for skilled Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform welding on various metal components, ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds. This position requires attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding (MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable) on metal components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or specifications Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding preferred Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting and handling of metal components Standing for most of the shift Bending, twisting, reaching, and holding positions while welding Repetitive hand and arm motions Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:0 AM – 1:30 PM Company Description Connecting Companies with Good Employees, and Employees with Good Companies!! #J-18808-Ljbffr
