About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician for a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity in Richmond, Indiana. Join a collaborative team of two physicians working alongside 27 providers at a comprehensive bone and joint center. Schedule & Practice Details

• Employment Type: Full-time, hospital-employed

• Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Scheduling Flexibility: Schedules may be adjusted to meet staffing needs and contractual hour requirements.

• Practice Setting: Comprehensive bone and joint center

• Team: Two Pain Management Physicians collaborating with 27 providers

• Ortho Walk-In Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; most providers work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients experiencing acute and chronic pain.

• Develop individualized pain management and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with orthopedic specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate medical records and follow applicable clinical standards.

• Support a multidisciplinary approach to musculoskeletal care and pain management.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management

• Certification must be obtained within five years of residency, if applicable.

• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

• BLS and ACLS certifications, maintained throughout employment

• Three years of experience preferred

• COVID-19 vaccination as required by the employer
