Human Resources Specialist

Position: HR Documents Specialist (German) Type: Contract Compensation: $10 - $45/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Create, review, and optimize human resources documents in German with precision and adherence to best practices. Develop templates and standard operating procedures for Fortune 500-level HR documentation. Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate high-quality files for HR processes. Contribute expert input to AI training workflows, ensuring models receive accurate and contextually rich sample data. Collaborate closely with the customer's team, providing clear written and verbal feedback to improve AI model development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements. Requirements Have native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Have a minimum of experience in HR, focused on the creation and management of HR documents. Have a strong background in working with Fortune 500 companies or within enterprise HR environments. Have expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Possess a Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
