Room Attendant & House Person

Room Attendant – Housekeeping We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through meticulous preparation and maintenance of public spaces and guest rooms. Duties and Responsibilities Clean each assigned guestroom according to standard procedures, including bedroom, living space, balcony, and bathroom areas. Be courteous and helpful to guests, reporting any guest requests or preferences. Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner as outlined by housekeeping management. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs. Physical Requirements Push and pull 50‑75 lbs. on a regular daily basis. Lifting 5‑25 lbs. on a regular daily basis. Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching. Exposure to cleaning chemicals. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Frequent reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Requires close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception. Qualifications Housekeeping experience desirable. Neat, pleasant personality. Time management skills. Ability to work on feet for an extended period. Effective communication skills. Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions. Ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners on floors and high places, observe conditions, detect odors, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs. in tight spaces. Operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters. Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
