Franchise Development Manager Franchise Development | Haverhill, MA| $100,000 salary or more depending on Experience + Uncapped Commissions Full-Time | Franchise Sales & Business Development About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a growing franchise organization that is hiring an experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive expansion and bring new franchise owners into the business. This role focuses on franchise sales, business development, relationship building, and closing new franchise agreements . You'll work with prospective franchisees, entrepreneurs, and investors throughout the entire sales process, from initial conversations through signed agreements. This is an opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys high-value consultative selling , building long-term relationships, and helping a growing franchise brand expand into new markets. What You’ll Be Doing Drive franchise sales and new franchise development Identify, qualify, and engage prospective franchise owners Manage the full franchise sales cycle , from initial lead through signed agreement Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and multi-unit franchise operators Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and franchise opportunity meetings Develop strategies to generate qualified franchise leads Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective franchisees Negotiate and close new franchise agreements Coordinate discovery days and meetings with company leadership Work with franchise brokers, consultants, and referral partners Support expansion into new territories and markets Track sales activity, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities Partner with marketing and leadership to improve franchise recruitment and sales results What They’re Looking For 5+ years of franchise development, franchise sales, or business development experience preferred Experience selling franchise opportunities, business ownership opportunities, or high-value services Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close deals Strong background in consultative sales and business development Experience managing a full sales cycle Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience developing and managing a sales pipeline Comfortable working toward sales targets and revenue goals Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track performance Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) knowledge preferred Experience with multi-unit franchise development or franchise broker networks is a plus Why You’ll Want This Role $100,000+ base salary depending on experience Uncapped commission structure Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through sales performance Join a growing franchise organization Play a direct role in franchise expansion and business growth Build relationships with business owners and investors High visibility with executive leadership Opportunity to develop new markets and franchise territories Strong potential for long-term professional and financial growth MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
