About the Role

We're looking for a hungry, curious Associate Product Manager to join us and help shape the core UCaaS & CCaaS platform that powers hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and healthcare providers across the country. You will play a hands-on part in the development and management of our UCaaS and CCaaS products from inception to launch and beyond.

You won't need to know everything on Day 1. You'll need to learn fast, stay curious, and think like an owner. We'll grow you into a full PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product leaders to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of our UCaaS and CCaaS offerings - from discovery and prototyping to launch and post-release optimization
• Help define and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap , aligning features to clear OKRs and KPIs
• Conduct customer research and user interviews to translate real-world needs into actionable user stories and product requirements
• Own content creation - including product messaging, feature announcements, go-to-market collateral, enablement materials, and customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates product value
• Support go-to-market strategy , feature launches, and adoption efforts across enterprise, SMB, and vertical segments (hospitality, gaming, healthcare, restaurants)
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams to deliver customer-facing features on time and against defined metrics
• Build and monitor telemetry dashboards and funnels to drive data-informed product decisions
• Contribute to privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance reviews to increase trust, safety, and product quality
• Help manage integrations and APIs that expand platform capabilities and drive activation

Experience & Background

• 3+ years in product management, technical program management, or a closely related role (candidates with strong consulting/technical delivery experience are encouraged to apply)
• Direct experience in SaaS or cloud communications platforms (UCaaS/CCaaS)
• Experience managing product development
• A track record of collaborating with engineers, designers, and end users to ship customer-facing features

Platform & domain knowledge

• BroadWorks (or comparable UCaaS platform) architecture — hosted PBX, call routing, and provisioning fundamentals.
• CCaaS platform knowledge — ACD, IVR, omnichannel routing, WFM/WFO, quality management (NICE CXone a plus).
• Core telephony protocols — SIP, RTP, WebRTC, trunking, number porting, E911 routing.
• Adjacent system integrations — CRM, PMS (hospitality), call recording/analytics, CPaaS/APIs.

Modern telecom infrastructure & regulation

• STIR/SHAKEN, Robocall Mitigation Database, TRACED Act compliance.
• CPNI, E911/Kari's Law, RAY BAUM'S Act obligations.
• SIP trunking and Operator Connect/Direct Routing commercial and technical models.
• Compliance awareness — PCI-DSS, call recording consent laws, HIPAA where relevant.

AI in communications

• Voice AI — natural-language conversational agents handling live calls end to end.
• Real-time transcription, sentiment analysis, and agent-assist tooling.
• Generative AI features in CCaaS — summarization, next-best-action, automated workflows.

Core product management skills

• Roadmap ownership and prioritization frameworks.
• Clear PRD/spec writing engineering can build from.
• Pricing and packaging experience — SKU design, competitive positioning.
• Data literacy — reading usage/analytics to drive decisions.

Soft skills

• Cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
• Clear written/verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Vendor and channel partner negotiation.
• Customer empathy — direct engagement with customers and support.
• Adaptability to a fast-moving AI landscape.
• Sound judgment under regulatory/technical ambiguity.
