During the application process, applicants will have the opportunity to indicate whether they prefer Front of House, Back of House, or are interested in being cross-trained to support both areas. Placement will be based on individual strengths, interests, and restaurant needs.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Operational Excellence

• Participate in day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Complete assigned responsibilities with accuracy and urgency
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to restaurant policies

Front of House Opportunities

Team Members interested in Front of House may serve in areas including:

• Drive-Thru
• Front Counter
• Dining Room Hospitality
• Mobile Order Fulfillment
• Beverage & Dessert Station
• Catering Handoff

Responsibilities may include:

• Taking guest orders
• Delivering food to guests
• Maintaining dining room cleanliness
• Providing exceptional hospitality
• Supporting drive-thru speed and accuracy
• Stocking guest-facing stations
• Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities

Back of House Opportunities

Team Members interested in Back of House may serve in areas including:

• Breading
• Primary
• Secondary
• Boards
• Fries
• Food Preparation
• Machines

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and assembling food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Restocking inventory and supplies
• Monitoring product quality and holding times
• Supporting kitchen efficiency during peak periods
• Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
