Patriot CDJR of Tulsa is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payables and Receivable Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our financial records, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, and supporting the accounting department with accurate transaction management. Responsibilities- Process and verify invoices and payments for accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable is highly desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $25.00, paid bi-weekly.
