You'll work alongside your team, create a positive environment, and make sure every guest leaves with a great experience. Shift Leadership - Lead shifts and keep operations running smoothly - Set the tone with energy, positivity, and strong customer service - Act as the go-to leader for all in-store decisions during your shift Team Development - Train and coach team members with real-time feedback - Support a strong, positive, and accountable team culture Operations & Execution - Support opening and closing routines - Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked - Maintain product quality, speed, and consistency Guest Experience - Deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments - Recommend products and drive sales through genuine enthusiasm - Handle customer concerns with professionalism and confidence Security & Accountability - Follow store security procedures, including alarms, locks, and access control - Assist with cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-shift reconciliation - Stay aware of the store environment to help prevent loss and ensure team safety What We 're Looking For - A natural leader who brings positive energy to the team - Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Dependable, organized, and ready to take ownership - Previous food service or retail leadership experience preferred Schedule - Flexible scheduling - Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays Growth Opportunity We promote from within.
