Travel Case Manager RN - $2,650 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Eureka, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Required:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Hospital Case Management experience within the last year.
Recent experience with care coordination and discharge planning.
Current experience using Epic EMR.
Previous travel nursing experience preferred (first-time travelers may be considered with manager approval).

Experience with:
HMOs and IPAs
Advance Directives
POLST documentation
Protective Services processes
