• Ensure a neat and secure work environment, complying with all regulations and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Professional Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Continuously maintain certification throughout your tenure.
