Production Manager - Textile Manufacturing (Embroidery/Sewing)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily assembly and sewing operations in a fast-paced flag and banner manufacturing facility . This role oversees a team of 20+ employees, ensuring high-quality production, efficient scheduling, and consistent on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily sewing, embroidery, and assembly operations for flags and banners Supervise and lead a production team of 20+ employees (staffing, scheduling, performance) Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet output targets Optimize material flow and inventory to prevent shortages and delays Partner with sales and customer service to resolve quality issues Serve as subject matter expert on banner/flag assembly and finishing Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 3+ years (5+ preferred) in production management within embroidery, textile, or sewn products manufacturing Hands‑on experience in flag/banner assembly, embroidery, or textile finishing Proven leadership managing 20+ direct reports in a manufacturing environment Strong experience with production planning, scheduling, and material management Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Preferred Background Embroidery shops, textile manufacturing, apparel production, or signage companies with embroidery/finishing operations Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery Work Environment On-site role in Dover, NJ (ZIP 07801) Candidates should be within a 30–45 minute commute Why Join Us Be part of a growing manufacturing team where your expertise in textile production, embroidery, and team leadership directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr BlackStar
