Desktop Support Technician

Deskside Support Role
Location - 9701 Windisch Road, West Chester OH
Contract to hire - Conversion - $21-$23
Deskside support role including some mandatory travel a few times a year 9701 Windisch Road, West Chester OH 45069
Candidates should have 3-6 years' experience supporting PC hardware and software. Comfortability providing hands and feet support for server and network is a plus. Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus. Additionally, role will require planned travel in the central to north region of the country to support mobile data and network technologies used during live outage sessions.
M-F, 8am-4:30 pm
Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware. Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals. Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware. Experience with asset management. Install, move, add, and change. Large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes. Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
