Location: Lake Geneva, WI

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $1805 - $2174

Shift: Mid-Shift with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the nursing process and collaborating with team members to enhance patient care.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards.
• Documenting patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Conducting assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating care effectiveness.
• Creating and executing personalized care plans for patients.
• Engaging in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
• Providing clinical expertise and support to other departments.
• Applying critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participating in professional nursing activities and peer review processes.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in Wisconsin.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• Certification in TNCC or TNS.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency setting.

Working Conditions

This position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including weekends.
