We'll Train You!Selected candidates may receive training through theSynergy Care Academy, including PCA coursework, hands‑on caregiving skills, competency validation, Synergy orientation, and CPR / First Aid / AED training. What We Offer Up to $15/hour on client assignments Part‑time opportunities with potential for up to 40 hours/week Paid 40 Hour PCA Training & Orientation under Virginia State Minimum Wage. Same‑Day Pay opportunities up to $200 Bi‑Weekly Pay through direct deposit Performance‑based raises twice a year 401(k) & insurance benefits for eligible full‑time employees Time‑and‑a‑half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and opportunities with nearby clients Employee recognition and referral programs What You'll Do Provide companionship and support in the client's home Assist with personal care and daily activities Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Prepare simple meals and provide medication reminders Support clients with dementia or memory loss Complete visit documentation and share client updates with the Synergy team Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment Basic Requirements CPR/First Aid certification Negative TB test Clear national background check ($50 background check fee deducted from first paycheck) Reliable transportation, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis Hiring Process Submit your application Attend and pass the virtual interview Schedule, Attend and Complete the In‑Person 40-hour PCA training Pass the practical in‑person exam and earn your PCA Certificate Complete all onboarding requirements Get matched with clients and start getting paid! Employment and client placement are subject to applicable screening, onboarding, training, and competency requirements.
