The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in the State of Nevada Reside in the Las Vegas/Clark County area 2 to 5 years of personal injury experience in the State of Nevada Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the field of personal injury. Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills Experience taking and defending depositions Excellent written and oral advocacy skills This is a full-time, permanent in-office position. Compensation is based on work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
