A Las Vegas personal injury law firm dedicated to seeking justice for those injured due to the negligence of others is seeking an Associate Attorney. We are looking for a candidate who is as committed to fighting for clients as we are. Our firm specializes in wrongful death and catastrophic, life-altering injury cases. Our commitment to our clients, combined with our passion for achieving fair compensation, drives our success. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be a team player who is able to take direction well and contribute immediately to a positive workflow. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in the State of Nevada Reside in the Las Vegas/Clark County area 2 to 5 years of personal injury experience in the State of Nevada Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the field of personal injury. Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills Experience taking and defending depositions Excellent written and oral advocacy skills This is a full-time, permanent in-office position. Compensation is based on work experience, qualifications, and credentials. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including paid holidays medical dental vision life disability insurance Note: This position is open to experienced Nevada attorneys only.
