• Measure and adjust frames for comfort and proper alignment.
• Support the handling of orders, returns, exchanges, and special requests as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing frame display area.
• Stay informed about current eyewear trends, collections, and product updates.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Document customer preferences and ensure accurate information is shared with relevant team members.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, fashion, or eyewear is preferred.
