Job Overview
A law firm seeks a motivated associate to join its corporate and business law practice in New York, NY. The successful candidate will assist clients with entity formation, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and general business counsel.
Duties
- Assist clients with entity formation and structuring.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide general business counsel to clients.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- 1-3 years of transactional or corporate law experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice in New York.
Skills
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
