A highly regarded private women's health clinic in Arcadia, California is hiring a full-time WHNP, FNP, or PA at the intersection of gynecology, pelvic medicine, aesthetics, and functional medicine. This word-of-mouth practice caters to patients who expect the best — and is looking for a provider who delivers it. Functional Medicine Certification (IFMCP or equivalent) and clinical functional medicine experience are both required. Key Responsibilities Perform gynecological and pelvic floor disorder visits, well-woman exams, family planning, and pre-op and routine consults Apply functional medicine principles to evaluate root causes of hormonal, metabolic, and chronic health concerns Conduct urodynamics and office-based aesthetic procedures Perform routine health assessments and preventive medicine services Order and review medications, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated Complete comprehensive and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR Practice independently under MD supervision knowing when to elevate or refer Deliver aesthetic treatments and follow-up care within scope Qualifications Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license WHNP, FNP, or PA-C credential Current, unrestricted DEA certificate required Functional Medicine Certification (IFMCP or equivalent) required Demonstrated functional medicine clinical experience required OB-GYN and women's health outpatient experience required; years flexible for the right candidate Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced private practice eClinicalWorks EMR experience strongly preferred Schedule & Compensation $130,000–$160,000/year Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Flexible schedule Medical insurance | 401(k) with matching | PTO/sick days Immediate hire #J-18808-Ljbffr NPHire
