The role requires a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Candidates must hold a valid RN license. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. The position entails managing a patient ratio of 2:1. Common diagnoses include sepsis, COPD exacerbation, hypotension urgency, and hypertension urgency. The population served is primarily adults. Rotating weekends may be required. Dress code includes navy scrubs. Excessive piercings and unnatural hair colors are not acceptable. This role involves occasional floating to the Progressive Care Unit.
