Senior Clinical Trial Manager

What you\'ll be doing: Lead clinical trials from startup through closeout, owning timelines, budgets, and operational execution Manage CROs, vendors, and investigative sites to ensure high-quality study delivery Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams Drive study strategy, risk management, compliance, and overall trial performance Key requirements: Previous CTM experience within a biotech/sponsor organization Experience independently running studies in an insourced model Small biotech experience required CRO-only candidates will not be considered Immunology, autoimmune, or inflammation experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in life sciences or a related field. 6++ years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus as a study manager leading complex clinical trials.
