Job Title

Essential Duties And Responsibilities includes the following but not to operate any equipment, machinery, or tool if he/she has not been trained to operate. Communicates and escalates equipment failure or malfunctions to the maintenance team immediately.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Safely loads and unloads designated trailers and/or routes.
• Confirms the load matches the documentation (pick ticket or invoice).
• Reports damages to the products during loading immediately to the Yard Foreman, Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintains all finished goods organized and accessible when working on the yard. Follows LOTO and OSHA requirements outlined by the EHS department and based on the Standard Operating Procedures for this equipment.

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• At least two years Shipping/Receiving/or Manufacturing environment

Language Skills

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and team members.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Employee must be able to wear Hard hat/Safety Glasses and all other required Safety apparel. Employee must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work at heights for prolonged periods.
• Employee must be able to use hand and power tools and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds periodically.
• Employee must have the ability to work near others and in tight spaces occasionally. Employee must be able to work in high heat/high cold conditions.
• Employee must be able to work in Low Light/High light conditions.
• Employee must be able to adjust to a changing physical environment and maintain strong ergonomic safety decision making.
