Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent medical/surgical telemetry experience required License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty being applied for. Active certifications must be in hand at the time of submission. One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty being applied for is required. Description: This position involves working night shifts of three 12-hour shifts. Applicants must possess a minimum of 18 months of experience in medical/surgical telemetry. Candidates must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact license at the time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications are required and must be active. Reference requirements stipulate that one reference must be provided from a manager or supervisor in the relevant specialty. All certifications must be actively held by the time of application, with no pending certifications accepted. Travelers must adhere to nicotine-free policies, with specified exemptions for certain roles. Background checks will be reviewed by the facility, and any open cases may lead to disqualification. Applicants are expected to complete required assessments during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts to pass.
