Nitro Restoration is a growing restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, storm restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and emergency property services for residential and commercial properties.

We are currently looking to hire dependable, hardworking restoration technicians who are ready to grow with our company. Experience in water mitigation, fire restoration, asbestos abatements, is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in the restoration industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with room for advancement.

Pay

$15.00 – $23.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, storm, and asbestos-related mitigation services
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers
• Take moisture readings and document job progress
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment safely
• Clean and restore affected structures and contents
• Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
• Be available for emergency and after-hours jobs when needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Restoration experience preferred but not required
• Asbestos certification is a plus
• IICRC certifications are a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
